A New Way to Have Your Say
By
Trent McCrow
In the
past the Star Wars Trading Card Game (SWTCG) Independent Development
Committee (IDC) has reached out to the community in an effort to
show you guys we care about you and want to make each and every
expansion a fan favorite. In the past we have run You Make the Card
contests and we even handed over the naming rights to our 4th expansion
(you chose the name Clone
Wars: Republic at War).
But the time has now come for a new age of
community focus. We understand that for some of you writing an email
and sending it to us may take up to much of your time. We also understand
that posting on rebelbasers.com
may not be your thing. Because of this we are trying to make it
easier for you guys to have your say in how the SWTCG is developed
and what the IDC is doing.
Today we are launching the IDC
Poll of the Week!
Each week the poll will be changed alongside
our current Card of the Week
section and will give you a quick and easy way to let us know what
you think about the SWTCG and what the IDC is doing. We will be
taking a close look at your votes and they will help shape the direction
the IDC will take to ensure that we are not simply making the SWTCG
for the sake of it but that we are creating expansions and cards
that YOU, the lifeblood of the SWTCG want to see and play with!
Some weeks the polls may seem trivial in nature
and you may wonder how your response will help us shape the SWTCG's
future and other weeks it will be more obvious. Rest assured that
the IDC wants to hear what you think and we hope that you will take
us up on this and have your say using the IDC Poll of the Week!
KEEP THE GAME ALIVE!
Play. Love. Live: the SWTCG
(ps. and vote in the weekly polls! )
