Ki-Adi-Mundi (C)
By the second Revan

The RAW expansion contained several Jedi Ground units, giving a big boost to Jedi decks. However, RAW has not helped Jedi decks with a Ground boost, as was expected.

Ki-Adi-Mundi has received a new version in the latest expansion. Ki-Adi-Mundi (C) is perfect for inserting into Jedi decks. He is powerful and has a great Evade ability. He can easily hold his own against many of the most powerful units that the Dark Side can throw at him.

His strength doesn't end there! He has a powerful ability, which rallies all your Jedi. You can choose to give them either a speed and power boost, or my favorite, Fury 2. With the power available to Jedi in every arena, it shouldn't be hard to roll a natural 4 and bring the Fury dice into play!

Ki-Adi-Mundi (C) does have the disadvantage of an Upkeep cost, however it is not very harsh, and is easily solved with cards like Recognition of Valor, which can also be used to help your Jedi activate Evade.

Ki-Adi-Mundi (C) is a great centre piece for Jedi decks, and should see a lot of play.

Obi-Wan Kenobi (R)
By Brian Weeks

In the Star Wars: Clone Wars - Chapter 8, we see Obi-Wan the General, suited up in clone armor and riding a speeder bike. With the release of RAW, Obi-Wan sees his 18th card version, Obi-Wan Kenobi (R). And with Obi-Wan, we see a multi-use unit, capable of attacking in two arenas in one turn.

His abilities read:

"Treat Obi-Wan as a Republic Clone Officer.
Armor
Each of your Clones in this arena gets "Pay 0 Force -> Evade 1."
[Pilot] Speeder or Squad Pilot. The Speeder or Squad gets:
- When this unit is discarded from the Ground arena, move Obi-Wan Kenobi to the Character arena untapped instead of discarding him.
- Pay 1 Force -> Evade 1."

Obi-Wan's "General" ability is evident in his Republic Clone Officer given subtype and the Evade ability he grants Clones. His clone armor suit is presented in his Armor ability (duh). But where he really shines is with his Pilot ability. Since he can pilot Speeders or Squads, Obi-Wan is best on Squads (IMO) when piloting Clone SCUBA Squad (especially if you're also running Kit Fisto and an Aquatic Location) or even Jedi Battle Squad. And on Speeders, he's great on either Luke's Speeder Bike (A) or his very own Speeder, Obi-Wan's Speeder Bike (A).

If (or when) the unit he's piloting is discarded, Obi-Wan (R) then gets moved to the Character arena, untapped, ready for another attack. Wow! I definitely think that every Pilot deck should have Obi-Wan (R) in it.
